Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers amazing, clean, very modern, and nicely decorated huge rooms recently refurbished. However, some rooms are right on the stairs and very loud. The service is very friendly and helpful with good ideas even in a rainy day, but there were challenges in English communication. The location is perfect, close to subway, bus stops, many tourist attractions, and shopping areas. The dining experience was disappointing, with slow service and subpar breakfast options. Facilities include a cupboard with hangers, a big mirror, television, refrigerator, desk, chair, and free WiFi.
The hotel was really great, must have been newly renovated, with great bathroom and location. However, the rooms claimed to be soundproofed but I could hear the next room's TV loudly and construction works started early in the morning. The breakfast was poor and the smell of sewage was a drawback.
The hotel’s rooms were surprisingly small compared to the photos, but they had high ceilings and comfy beds, suitable for a family. However, for light-sensitive individuals, the room may not be dark enough in the morning.
The hotel had some great highlights, like the clean and well-ventilated rooms, superb friendly service, and an ideal location near various attractions but was let down by the smaller room size compared to photos and the uninspiring dining experience.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The location was excellent, right in the center of Lisbon and just a short walk from the metro station Rossio. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we got a room we liked. The dining options were basic but decent for breakfast. However, the noise from the room next door was a bit bothersome. The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions of Lisbon, but it's above a shop that offers affordable meals.
The hotel had a lovely and spacious room with a decent bed and linen, good shower, and TV. However, the room had a small size with an awful smell from the bathroom due to poor drainage. The ceiling height was too low, making it difficult to move around without hitting my head.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Lisbon. The rooms were cozy and quiet despite being near the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile ready. The only downside was the size of the rooms being a bit tight. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return for another stay.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon, making it a perfect place for a stay. The rooms were clean, quite big, and well air conditioned, which was especially helpful during a hot time of year. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff suggesting great nearby beaches to visit. However, the dining experience was disappointing with limited food options. The location is superb, close to public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets.
The hotel rooms were not dark enough for early birds, giving a motel-like feel with a hint of mold. However, there were no issues with rest and a not-so-pleasant fish smell from the nearby restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there was a mix-up with charging for an extra room. The location was superb, close to the Lisbon nightlife and transport options, but the discrepancy between the actual room and website pictures was disappointing. The dining experience offered limited but sufficient choices.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms ranged from small and noisy at the front of the hotel to a larger one with an awful smell from the bathroom but no extra charge. On the positive side, the location was fantastic for exploring the main squares and train stations, but it did come at a cost.
The hotel's location is perfect, close to public transportation, many tourist attractions, and shopping areas. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, offering a wider variety of breakfast options. Overall, it's a great value for the money.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of great style and some quirks. The rooms are stylish, clean, and equipped with everything you need, but having a sink outside the toilet next to a bed felt a bit odd. The service was top-notch, always ready to assist with a smile, and multilingual too. The location couldn't be better for exploring the historical center and jumping on the train easily, but the dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few room-related surprises.
The hotel's rooms were quite big and clean, although smaller than expected. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating, but there was an unfortunate loud argument at 4 am. The location was fantastic in Lisbon's historic center, offering easy access to transportation and attractions. The dining experience had many options but was marred by dirty tablecloths on empty tables. Overall, the hotel is a decent choice for a stay in Lisbon.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean but a bit tight for two people with luggage. The service, apart from receptionist Soraia who was unpolite, was very nice and friendly, even though I wished for more attentiveness. The location was superb, being close to Rossio Square and the train station for easy exploration, with a supermarket right next door. However, the breakfast was underwhelming and not accommodating to dietary needs. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel is centrally located in Lisbon with easy access to public transportation and close to major attractions. The rooms are small but larger than average, although the low ceiling can be challenging. The friendly service and great value for the price make up for the room limitations. The dining experience is basic but could be improved with more variety. Overall, a convenient choice for those looking to explore the city on a budget.
